Hello Alex!
Do you restart your PC and program also doesn't start?
Which version of Windows do you use?
What happens when you try to delete the program?
Try the following: find in Windows Task Manager process mfmanager.exe (if it exists) and terminate it. After that double click on the MyFolder icon. Then mfmanager.exe should start and MyFolder icon will appear in the right bottom of the screen (notification area of windows taskbar).

I have tried all of these things listed above and nothing changes, when I restart my computer I immediately get an icon at the bottome that says MyFolder service is not running: error was detected. I have also tried the other option that says to rename your minidump file. When I click on the desktop icon it acts like it's gonna open and doen't. I don't know what to do to access my files, please help they are important!

Carrie,
if you created folders using version later than 2.0.30, you can try the following:
1) uninstall myfolder from windows control panel
2) restart PC
3) download and install latest version of myfolder from website

Yes but if I do this is it going to erase the files in the folder? Where does that stuff go? That's what I'm worried about I cannot access it at all anymore. Did it just disappear?

As we understand, you already reinstalled the program and cannot access the folder's content, right?
Also, when you uninstall the program it doesn't erase any folders you created using it.
