For now it is only possible to uninstall the program from Control Panel -> uninstall
Why are you trying to repair it from Control Panel? Something doesn't work?
We'll have to make cleanup tool for such problems like you have.
But until we've not released cleanup tool, you can disable the program startup manually (for version 2.5):
1) run from command line:
1: "C:\Program Files\Virtual-Protect\MyFolder2.0\uninstaller.exe" /u
2) run regedit, navigate to the key
1: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and delete value "mfmanager"
